Maqui Ki-Nua Patties


150g Maqui Ki-Nua
50g instant potato puree
200ml milk
2 eggs
20g finely diced onion
20g finely diced bell pepper
10g chopped parsley
Chia seeds (desired amount)
Salt and pepper


Soak the maqui ki-nua and instant potato purée in milk. Add beaten eggs, onion, bell peppers and salt. Add water to improve the consistency if necessary. Using your hands make patties and bake at 180°C until Golden.
