Gluten Free Crumbed Brie


5-6 pieces of brie cheese
2 eggs
1 crushed garlic clove
½ cup of chopped parsley
Oil, salt and pepper


Beat eggs with crushed garlic add salt and pepper to taste.
Dip each piece of cheese in the egg mix and the in the ki-nua as (as if it were bread crumbs), make sure that the pieces don’t have too much egg on them before you dip them in the ki-nua, the ki-nua shouldn’t be wet, it´s important not to double dip the cheese in the ki-nua. Fry the pieces in oil until golden.

Note: If preferred, the cheese can be replaced with another vegetable or protein.
