Vegan Banana Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

60g Ki-Nua
150g banana
100g sugar
50ml grapeseed oil
35ml soy milk
40g flour
5g baking powder

METHOD

In a bowl mix banana and sugar until the banana is well mashed. Add oil and soy milk and mix. Then add flour, baking powder and ki-nua. Place the mix in a greased muffin tin and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
