Ki-Nua Souffle

INGREDIENTS

200g Ki-Nua
200ml milk
60g grated cheese
50g butter
4 egg yolks
6 egg whites
Salt
Pepper
2 table spoons of parsley
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg

METHOD

Soak Ki-Nua in milk for 5 minutes. Add butter, egg yolks, cheese, parsley and season to taste. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form and fold into the previous mixture. Add to greased soufflé tins and bake at 180°C until Golden. Serve as a starter or main dish.
