Ki-Nua and Raisin Cookies

INGREDIENTS

140g Ki-Nua
100g butter without salt
160g Brown sugar
2 medium eggs
180g flour
8g baking powder
½ tsp vanilla essence
5g ground cinnamon
40g currants

METHOD

Mix butter and sugar until combined, add egg. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, ki-Nua, cinnamon, currants and add to the butter sugar mixture, combine with hands without kneading. Using your hands make small balls with the mixture and flatten on a greased baking tray with a Little flour. Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
